Wow. Such a year. 2021 was definitely one for the books.
This was such a good year working with SUCH amazing people! I got to travel to BC to help second shoot for my dear friend Sarah, which was literally a dream of mine coming true! I also got to photograph not just one but TWO brides either exiting or entrancing their ceremony by floatplane. SO fun!
Of course, I couldn’t have done this year without the help of my dear second shooters Lauren and Sophie. THANK YOU both! You made every wedding such a blast! To all the photographers I worked with…THANK YOU! Every wedding experience is so valuable, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you guys trusting me! God has been so good even in a year that was challenging at times to say the least!
And finally to my clients….THANK YOU. Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for trusting me.
I couldn’t do this amazing job without each and every one of you!
To 2022….Whatever it may hold!
I started off the year with Alex and Christina’s wedding in Downtown Toronto! My awesome sister was the MOH and it was super fun to have her along!
Please don’t judge my faces in some of these pictures 😛
Now I understand why my body hurts so much after a wedding day…..
My awesome friend and fellow photographer, Emily! Me in my happy place!
All the angles…..
When they play country music…. 😀
And another of my best faces….
Finally figured out how to make my hair look somewhat presentable… and of course a dress toss…
All the lighting test shots…..
Seconding for my sweet friend Sarah in BC! Such a pro! She tackled heat, rain, and smoke from the wildfires like a champ! This wedding day was super rainy, but we made it work! So stinkin cool to get to photograph with a floatplane! This beautiful downtown Toronto wedding! Testing the light…Another floatplane wedding!
All those testing the light shots!
Lauren is the bomb.com 🙂
Rompers were my go to this year, and it’s a good thing, because it was WINDY!
Always capturing her best moments…. 😛
When the venue has super cool mirrors in the bathroom, you take a selfie!
It wouldn’t be a proper BTS post without at least ONE veil fluff from Lauren, right?!
Such perfect lighting!
Photographers, videographer, and bride all crammed in the back of the truck to get through the muddy fields!
All of the details!
Testing out reception lighting!
That awkward moment when everyone is staring at you at the front…. 😛
Another lighting test shot….
The last wedding of the YEAR! Such a good day with my dear friend Sophie stepping in to second!
More lighting test shots!
Do I always look this pained? 😀
Such a gorgeous day in downtown Oakville!
SO SO THANKFUL FOR THESE TWO! Couldn’t have done it without them!
There ya go! 2021 is a wrap! I honestly have no idea what 2022 will hold, but God’s in control, and whatever it may be, I know it will bring Him glory!
